DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

What to keep ready before you apply

This is the typical list. Your exact checklist depends on the country and your case, and we confirm it with you before anything is submitted.

For the patient

  • Passport with at least 6 months of validity
  • Recent passport-size photographs
  • Hospital invitation or appointment letter
  • Medical reports, prescriptions and test results
  • Proof of funds, such as a recent bank statement
  • Completed visa application form
  • Visa fee payment receipt

For the medical attendant

  • Attendant passport with at least 6 months of validity
  • Proof of relationship to the patient
  • Attendant passport-size photographs
  • Attendant application form
  • Reference to the patient invitation letter

Good to know

Check your passport expiry first. A short validity is the most common reason to start over.

Send clear, complete scans. Blurred or cropped pages slow everything down.

Keep original reports with you. Hospitals and counters may ask to see them.

Tell us early if the patient cannot travel to give fingerprints. We will advise on options.

QUESTIONS

Common visa questions

Cannot find your answer?

How long does a medical visa take?

It depends on the country and the case. The estimate on each destination card is the typical processing time once your file is complete. Incomplete files take longer, which is why we check documents first.

Do I need an invitation letter from the hospital?

Most medical visas ask for one. We coordinate with the hospital for the letter or appointment confirmation as the first step of your case.

Can a family member travel with me?

Yes, where the country offers an attendant or accompanying-person visa, for example the Medical Attendant visa for India. We apply for both together.

What if my visa is refused?

We go through the reason with you and advise whether to reapply and what to fix first. [Add refund and reapplication policy].

Can you guarantee approval?

No. The embassy or immigration authority makes the decision. We make sure your file is complete and correct, which is the part we control.

What happens after I send my reports?

A visa desk member contacts you on WhatsApp or by phone in Bengali, confirms your destination and shares your checklist and quote.
